Fertility Coaching

I began a fertility coaching practice to help people find their way through the infertility struggle and onto a path to parenthood that fits them. I am all about breaking the one-way narrative we have been told concerning how to make babies. You are not broken just because you cannot make a baby the “natural” way. Whether you are considering surrogacy, IVF, adoption, donor egg, embryo adoption, or many of the other routes to making your family, I am here to help you get there. Through my coaching, I focus on the whole person. I offer resources and a road map to get you where you need to go; but, I also make sure you get there with solid decision making. My coaching holds space for mind, body, and soul decision making, because sadly infertility will take you to places you never thought you would go and I will go there with you.

Coaching Sessions

I meet with clients every other week or as often as they would like for an hour at a time. In this hour, we discuss where they are at mentally, spiritually, and logistically. We talk about your fertility plan, and I offer you a road map of resources and ideas to get you where you need to go. I want you going to each of your doctor’s appointments armed with knowledge and questions. We discuss all of your options making sure to hit on your well-being as well. Infertility is exhausting and self-care is paramount. I want you making each decision with all the data you can so there is no room for self-doubt. 

In-between each session I am always there for you. If you have questions concerning doctors or procedures or new avenues you would like to look into, I research it. 

I am also available for a good venting session. I create a safe space for you to vent, cry, rejoice, or just be. I’ve been there, so when you talk to me there is nothing off the table. 

Pricing

I offer a free 30-minute consultation to see if my services are something that would work for you. 

Also, if you refer me to someone, I offer a free one-time 60-minute coaching session.

Regular session cost: $125 an hour
