Dr. Claudia Moutray
I have a Ph.D. in Philosophy and Religion with a Concentration in Women's Spirituality. My education is secondary to the role I find most important, I am the mother of two incredible little girls, Kirby four and Ven one.
My Journey
Motherhood is a role I fought hard to achieve after years of struggling with infertility. My journey to being a Mama led me down several paths, IVF, IUI, uterine surgeries, donor eggs, adoption talks, several miscarriages, and finally landing on surrogacy. This infertility maze caused me to see how much the world does not know about infertility or even fertility...where do babies come from? How does the world react to infertility? All the inappropriate questions and unsolicited advice! All the heartache and pain! I saw a need and now I’m focused on finding new ways to bring awareness and education to the masses and to the individual about infertility.
Outside of fertility coaching, I am also a swim coach and aquatics program manager for the Boys & Girls Club of San Francisco. Aquatics has been a dominant part of my life for over 20 years. I love coaching and mentoring youth and helping them work through their fears of the water, which can build confidence that carries over into all aspects of their lives.
